Hiroshi wa himitsu o pera pera hanashite shimaimashita.  
博は秘密をぺらぺら話しました。

Hiroshi was so talkative that he told the secret.

Kono shatsu wa pera pera da.     
このシャツはぺらぺらだ。

This shirt is flimsy.
