Notes

"Ieru (言える)" is a potential form of the verb "iu (to say)". "Ne (ね)" is a sentence ending particle which indicates a mild assertion. "Ieru ne (言えるね)" sounds feminine so a male speaker would say "ieru na (言えるな)" instead.
