"Iwanaide （言わないで）" is a negative te-form of the verb "iu (to say)". "Yo （よ）" is a sentence ending particle which emphasizes a command. "Iwanaide yo （言わないでよ）" sounds feminine so a male speaker would say "iuna yo （言うなよ）" instead.
