Notes
"Ja （じゃ）" is a colloquial form of "dewa （では）". "Ka （か）" is often used in the pattern "~ dewa (ja) nai ka", and asks a rhetorical question for emphasis. "Kara （から）" is used at the end of a sentence, and indicates censure or warning to the listener.
