"~ chatta (~ちゃった)" which is the past tense of "~ chau (~ちゃう)" is a colloquial way of saying "~ shite shimau (~してしまう)." Click here for the usage of "~ chau." 

Since the phrase sounds feminine, a male speaker would say, "Yoitsubureta darou (酔いつぶれただろう)."
