Word of the Day: Mokuhyou

Today's word is "mokuhyou (an aim; a mark; a target; a goal)".  It is written with a combination of two kanji characters "moku" and "hyou". Here are some examples.

* Mada mada mokuhyou ni tasshinai. まだまだ目標に達しない。 --- The goal is far off.
* Nani o suru ni shitemo, mokukyou wa takaku sadameru beki da. 何をするにしても、目標は高く定めるべきだ。 --- Whatever you do, you should set your goal high.
* Mokuhyou ni mukete, juu no nerai o satameta. 目標に向けて、銃の狙いを定めた。 --- We aimed our guns at a target.
