Word of the Day: Kigen

Today's word is, "kigen (humor; temper; mood)". It is written with a combination of two kanji characters "ki" and "gen". "Kigen ga ii" means, "be in a good mood" and "kigen ga warui" means "be in a bad mood". "Kigen" also means, "term, period" when using different kanji characters. Click the links to learn the characters for "ki" and "gen" for the meagning of "term, period". "Yuukou kigen" means "a term of validity".
